Decadent French Toast Recipe

AND

Kellogg's Frosted Flakes Cereal.

 

What you will need:

 

1 Loaf of Heavenly Oatmeal Cinnamon Swirl Bread

1 Box Kellogg's Frosted Flakes Breakfast Cereal

2 eggs for about 3 French Toast Pieces

Tablespoon of Milk

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

Pinch of Cinnamon

Bowl to mix eggs, milk, cinnamon

1 cake or pie pan to dip into egg mixture

Pan or plate to hold Kellogg's Frosted Flakes Cereal

Frying pan or griddle, lightly oiled with canola or olive oil

 

Directions:

 

Preheat lightly oiled frying pan or griddle to between medium and low heat.

 

Slice Heavenly Oatmeal Bread into half inch slices

 

Crunch about 2 cups of the Frosted Flakes to about ½ the original size, no smaller, place in pie or cake pan or large plate

 

Lightly wisk 2 eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a small bowl. Pour into a pie or cake pan, large enough to dip bread pieces in.

 

Dip bread slices into egg mixture, turning over to soak both sides. Don't over soak. Next, dip the egg soaked slices into the Frosted Flakes and coat on both sides. Place the coated bread in the frying pan or griddle and cook about 2 minutes on each side until the egg is completely cooked and Frosted Flakes are golden brown.

 

When done, add butter and syrup.

 

They are SWEET and GRREAT!
