HOW TO ENTER: This sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. C._.T. on February 3, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. C._.T. March 5, 2010. Online Entry: To enter the sweepstakes go to: http://www.washingtonks.com. Complete the Newsletter Sign Up form and submit during the entry period and remain on the Newsletter E Mail List throughout the duration of the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person during the entry period. Multiple entries submitted by a single person are void.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Eligible entrants must enter through online method as described. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Entrant must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made. All entries become the property of the sponsor. Neither WashingtonKS.com, nor KSDS, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, postage due, misdirected mail, illegible or misdirected entries. PRIZE: Two (2) Tickets to The Reality Magic Show, March 21, 2010, 3:00 PM, Folly Theater, 300 W 12th ST., Kansas City, Missouri. Approximate Retail Value $ 25.00. Winner is responsible for Transportation. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. Any taxes on prize won will be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.

DRAWING: Prize winner will be determined in a random drawing of all eligible entries. Winner will be selected in random drawing from all eligible entries received by an independent judge on or before March 8, 2010. Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about March 8, 2010. Prize must be claimed by March 10, 2010, via Email confirmation or alternative winner will be selected.

WINNERS: By entry into this sweepstakes, winner consents to the use of their names, identities, and/or photographs for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit one prize per person.
